April 16th 2026

A one-day, in-room experience for service-based women ready to scale to multi-six figures - without diluting their voice, values or edge.

If you’re ready to lead from your most intelligent, expressed self and sign high-ticket clients without self-doubt, performance, or palatability - you’re in the right room.

You’ll leave with powerful connections, clear strategies for attracting premium clients,
and identity-level shifts that permanently change how you show up, sell and lead.

At it's core - this event is about brand, marketing, sales and positioning. LFG!

About this event:

This is a room for women who are no longer willing to choose between authenticity and commercial success.

The mission is simple - to help you lead from your most expressed, intelligent, nuanced self and build a business that attracts high-level, high-ticket opportunities with ease.

For too long, women in business have been subtly trained to smooth their edges, neutralise their personality and contort themselves to fit a version of “professionalism” that was never designed for them - often mistaking imitation and polish for leadership.

In this room, that ends.

Here, you stop looking for permission.

You stop outsourcing your authority.

You'll learn how to identify, refine and leverage what already makes you magnetic - your lived experience, your 'fuck ups', your point of view, your presence - and turn it into multi-6 figure branding, visibility and messaging that calls in the right clients, opportunities and rooms.

This isn’t about being louder or more visible for the sake of it.

It’s about becoming unmistakable.

And when that happens, sales stop feeling like effort - and start feeling like alignment, momentum, and inevitability.

At Bold, Brave & a Little Bit Weird you'll experience:

How to attract premium, values-aligned clients, collaborations and opportunities by leading from identity, not performance.

The mindset recalibrations required to move into multi-six-figure leadership - without forcing or abandoning who you are.

How to scale beyond your current level through brand, community, visibility and impact, while maintaining depth, creativity and sustainability.

Candid conversations with women who have made bold, industry-shaping moves - and are building businesses on their own terms.

Strategic business insights across branding, messaging, sales and content - designed to support significant revenue growth in 2026, without burning out or blending in.

What it means to lead as an inclusive, values-led founder - building people-first businesses where integrity, community and impact come before profit, and success is measured by who you elevate as well as what you earn.

Meet your speakers...

Jasmine Metson-Wilkes is an award-winning brand mentor and strategist working behind the scenes with female founders to turn their brilliance into consistent, sustainable income through her signature 1% Edge Method™ - a refined approach that focuses on the small, strategic shifts that create disproportionate growth, & in particular when it comes to signing the top 1% of clients.

She mentors female-led brands scaling to multi-six figures and beyond, blending sharp commercial strategy with intuition, storytelling, visual aesthetics and connection.

Jasmine built her first multi-six-figure business by saying yes long before she felt ready - including filming around the world for two months for £400, which later led to working with global brands like Coca-Cola - and her career spans building agencies, working with billion-dollar clients, speaking on Sky News, being featured on the BBC, and winning awards.

After rebuilding her business following a toxic breakup that left her £30k+ in debt and returning from maternity leave in 2024, she went all-in on mentoring, signing £10k in her first month, launching a sold-out £20k programme, and now working only three days a week while her clients hit multi-6 figures, plan £500k years, and build freedom-led businesses they love.

Kesheba is the Founder of MarketHer Club and a personal brand and content strategist helping female founders build content systems that actually convert - not just perform.

She built her brand and authority through intentional strategy, leading to speaking at Semrush Spotlight in Amsterdam, invitations to Flight Studio HQ, and collaborations with brands including Lancôme, Beauty Bay and David Lloyd.

After experiencing firsthand what it’s like to post consistently, grow an audience, and still not attract the right clients, Kesheba shifted from treating content like a popularity contest to building a client-generation system rooted in strategy and authenticity.

Since then, she’s attracted 7- and 8-figure founders, helped clients generate 75+ quality leads in 24 hours, achieve 1 million impressions from a single strategic video post, and increase book sales from 2 to 68 in four weeks.

Through MarketHer Club and CreateHer Coaching, Kesheba helps female founders build aligned, sustainable content engines that reflect their voice, position them as experts, and turn visibility into paid opportunities.

Amber is a Business Mentor, ICF-accredited coach, former teacher, mother of two and the creator of The GUTSY Method™ - a signature identity-first approach that helps wildly ambitious coaches turn good businesses into powerful, profitable brands that actually feel like them.

Winner of Best Business Coach 2025 at the Solopreneur Awards, Amber blends high-level strategy with deep identity and leadership work, because she believes strategy only works when you’re leading as the woman you’re becoming.

After spending her twenties teaching and travelling across the UAE, Australia, Vietnam and Turkey, Amber left the classroom during pregnancy, retrained as a coach, and built a fully booked business within a year - working four days a week with no plan B.

During her second maternity leave, she rebuilt and scaled her business entirely, launching The GUTSY Method™ and her mastermind, GUTSY, to support women who have already proven they can make money and are now ready for consistent £10k+ months.

Her work centres on calibrated leadership, alignment, and courage - helping women refine what already works, own their authority, and scale businesses strong enough to hold the next version of themselves.

Serena is a business mentor and premium group & mastermind expert who supports ambitious female coaches and service providers to rise to six figures through strategic 1:many business models, premium messaging, and elevated identity.

A certified mindset coach and NLP practitioner, Serena combines scalable strategy with deep identity expansion to help women create repeatable, high-cash months without sacrificing proximity, results, or freedom.

After spending 2021 fully booked with 1:1 clients, capped income, zero time off, and riding the unpredictable launch rollercoaster, Serena rebuilt her business around premium groups and masterminds - stacking high-ticket offers side by side to create stability, scale, and space.

That shift led to over £100k in annual revenue in her 2nd year of business.

Since then, Serena has generated multiple 6 figures in revenue, £138k+ in mastermind sales alone.

She has also sold out multiple offers, travelled across the country for in person days, had a paid maternity leave and now works a 3-day work week, while maintaining a 75–90% client retention rate.

Today, her clients have hit six figures, sold out their own masterminds, and experience the future of coaching: high-touch, premium experiences that prioritise results, freedom, and sustainable growth.

Don’t be fooled by the warmth, humour and lightness in this room.

The women here are serious operators - global award winners, founders who’ve built multi-six-figure businesses, worked with internationally recognised billion-dollar brands, and made bold moves that have shifted their industries.

This is where ambition meets substance.

And where being fabulous and human is the standard.

Heads up - this is

not for you if...

  • You’re judgmental, cliquey, or bring “mean girl” energy into rooms - this space is built on generosity, emotional intelligence and mutual respect, and that’s not up for negotiation.

  • You need to perform success, feel superior, or position yourself above other women - this is a room for grounded confidence, not hierarchy.

  • You’re uncomfortable celebrating other women out loud, sharing ideas freely, or being in community without comparison - the culture here is expansive, not competitive.

  • You expect to stay hidden, sit back or opt out of participation - presence, contribution and generosity are part of the agreement.

  • This isn’t about being “nice.” It’s about being growth and being powerful in how we lead, relate, and build together.

But it is for you if...

  • You want a space where your full personality, intelligence, depth and weirdness aren’t just allowed, but activated, refined into clear positioning, confident sales, and a brand that finally feels like you.

  • You're ready to claim and celebrate your body of work, to stop diluting, second-guessing or over-explaining, and to be seen as a leader with a distinct voice, a clear point of view, and a business that expands because of who you are, not despite it.

  • You understand that the next level isn’t another tactic or trend, it’s embodiment, identity and expression and that being more yourself is the most strategic move you can make to unlock authority, demand and momentum.

  • You want to be in a room of women who are ambitious, self-aware and creatively alive - where there’s no fake pretence, no playing small and no justification - just honest conversation, big energy, mutual respect, and the kind of inspiration that recalibrates what you think is possible.

Meet Your Panel Speakers

Lara Sheldrake is a heart-led community builder, speaker and business strategist supporting founders bridge the gap between purpose and profit - without burning out or selling their soul.

She believes that good people making good money can change the world.

She is the founder of Found & Flourish, a community that has been featured in the likes of Forbes and Marie Claire for its pioneering work.

Cath is a liberation and allyship coach, helping women release trauma, break down systems of oppression and become a safe person for themselves and for others.  She works 1:1 with Black and Brown bodied leaders who are ready to take back their power, find their voice and let go of other people's expectations. She also works with White bodied leaders, coaches and consultants who are committed to anti-racism, to help them go beyond tokenism and create a culture and business that allows everyone to be seen, heard and valued.   Her work with White-bodied allies is focused on understanding systems of oppression, releasing the guilt and shame that often arises from this work and taking action to be more inclusive. Cath does this by combining nervous system regulation and mindset strategies with a deep knowledge and understanding of the Black experience.

Nikki St Paul is a business coach and mentor, former corporate marketing leader, and self-confessed Good Girl Slayer.

After 18 years in corporate marketing & leadership roles, she now helps female business owners unlearn the people -pleasing, perfectionism, and overthinking that keep them capped at a certain income level so they can sell more consistently, take bold shots on goal, and lock in a multi-four-figure monthly baseline with conviction.

Meg is a marketing and business mentor dedicated to helping coaches and service providers build wildly in-demand brands.

She launched her business in 2020 after leaving a toxic 9–5 in PR and marketing, driven by a mission to achieve higher income, greater impact, and true time freedom.

Today, Meg helps her clients transition from inconsistent sales to selling out their 1:1 and Done-For-You (DFY) offers. Her expertise lies in scaling businesses into group programs, memberships, and masterminds.

Having supported over 200 high-touch clients and more than 700 students through her digital products, Meg empowers entrepreneurs to become the "top choice" for their dream clients while reclaiming their time offline.
