We are moving out of the "office", away from the Zoom screens and onto the beautiful Brighton seafront for a curated experience of masterminding, connection, and coastal sauna ritual.

The Flow of the Day
10:00 AM - 12.30pm
The Mastermind (Private Suite, Soho House)
We begin in our private, sun-drenched space overlooking the Iconic Brighton Palace Pier. Complimentary coffee in hand, this is a chance to really lean into a slice of luxury, business but also perspective: life is good & it's about to get x10 better.
The Hot Seat:
Bring your "needle-mover" - the one challenge or big idea you’ve been sitting on. The pivot, the strategy, the up-level.

Collective Intelligence:
This is where we harness the brains of 8-10 other powerhouses to solve blocks, find shortcuts, and spark new collaborations. Inside this room we already have women whose coaching side-hustle bring them enough income to renovate their new home. Women who are marketing and social media experts. Accessibility and inclusion experts who are literally being paid to speak for their knowledge and expertise.

The Long Lunch (The Restaurant)
A slow, inclusive lunch featuring seasonal fare and hand-selected wines or soft drinks of your choice. No calculators, no "splitting the bill"- just expansive conversation, a two course meal and the chance to build genuine relationships with women
who speak your language.

The Breezy, Clarity Wander.
A short 15/20 minute walk directly along the coast
to the infamous beach box sauna.
2:30 PM
The Coastal Reset (Beach Box Sauna)
We wrap up the day by heading down to the beach for a 90-minute private session at the iconic Beach Box Sauna. We have hired only the best for this group of women, the LOTTA Sauna directly overlooks the beach with views out to the sea.
The Wood-Fired Heat:
Let the morning’s ideas settle into clarity.
Expect lots of 'aha' moments, informal networking and simply a chance to sit back, breathe deep and know that
you're fuc*ing smashing it (you go FIRE HORSE!).
The Cold Plunge:
For those brave enough, a dip in the sea to reset the nervous system (or one of the various many cold plunge pools at your fingertips at the sauna).
You’ll leave feeling physically energised, mentally sharp & with a new group of biz besties (because I really do only surround
myself with the best energies).

Head home with a clear roadmap, a full heart,
and a new inner circle.

(hello Soho House on the beach!) and then taking a quiet reflective moment inside the most
sought after sauna - The Beach Box Sauna.
The Venue: The creative soul of Brighton - Soho House provides the perfect backdrop for premium thinking. After a couple of hours masterminding, we will head to the premium restaurant for a two course meal and then head to our own private
sauna overlooking the sea.
The Balance: We combine the "deep thinking" of a mastermind with the "healing" of the sauna. This is all about re-balancing our souls, aligning with our bysniess and moving forwards
into Q2 with clarity.

There is something transformative about the "fire and ice" ritual - the intense, aromatic warmth of the sauna followed by a revitalising plunge into the sea. It’s more than just a spa session; it’s a nervous system reset that cements the day’s breakthroughs. The Details
What to bring: A notebook, swimwear, two towels, and an open mind.
The sauna is directly on the beach which is pebbles - so beach shoes are useful (though they have some to borrow if needed).
It can also be cold on the beach getting to the venue and in the outdoor changing areas so wrap up warm and for the weather.
The Vibe: Relaxed but intentional. Come as you are.
