For AMBITIOUS CREATIVES built on word of mouth - who are ready for a pipeline that doesn't depend on it.

The Bigger Room

A 4-week commercial up-level for creative service pros who are ready to stop undercharging, triple their revenue
and build a brand as big as their ambition.

FROM “We'll keep you in mind” TO “WHEN CAN WE START?”

The 4-week fix for brilliant creatives working B2B, who are losing work that they should be winning.

You know you're capable of building so much more...

You've built something brilliant. The clients, the proof, the body of work. Nobody's questioning whether you can do it but most of it came from word of mouth and now you're wondering how sustainable a business model this actually is.

A referral isn't a pipeline so you go looking for work from strangers, pitching, tendering, starting conversations in the DMs or on Linkedin, accepting jobs way beyond your pay grade and panicking that you can't pay your freelancers this month.

You keep hearing "We love this on the Tuesday" and then nothing by the Friday - because cold leads buy differently.

They look you up before they've even met you. They compare. They discuss you with people you'll never meet. They read your proposal again at half past ten at night. They try to explain what you do to someone else, and get it slightly wrong, resulting in another disappearing act from a dream prospect.

And quite frankly, you're sick of it. Because you're bloody brilliant but something is not quite translating.

Selling cold, pitching, DM-ing and converting high is a skill that we work on in The Bigger Room so that you can finally achieve a steady pipeline and influx of cold leads that say YES, WHERE DO I SIGN?

This is for you if:

  • You are a creative service provider and you work B2B. You're way beyond your first clients, you have (or had) repeat word of mouth work, you have a portfolio and at least one other person alongside you (freelance or PAYE).

  • You look fine. Professional, tidy, credible. You have evidence.

  • You've watched a competitor consistently win bigger contracts, and secretly you know why - you just don't know how to get there.

  • The frustrating thing is you know you're meant for more. You just need someone to hold you accountable, support you and remind you how incredible you are.

  • You actually have the most mind blowing work history prior to business. You're bold, brave, professional and on another level with what you've done - so why are you not building bigger or signing The Bigger Rooms?

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR...

  • You're pre-revenue or still deciding what you sell. There's nothing to direct yet.

  • You want it done for you. I'm your creative director, brand + sales strategist for four weeks, not your agency.

  • You want a new logo. This is anything but a rebrand.

  • You can't commit to four consecutive afternoons or the learning and implementation that needs to go into this programme to see results.

What you walk away with inside The Bigger Room

TIME FOR YOUR CEILING TO BECOME YOUR FLOOR...

1/ Your Buying Leak Map, marked up. Before we start, I go through your last three proposals, your pricing and your honest close rate and send back a personal Loom. We Identify exactly what it is that is costing you clients, and what to bring to week one.

2/ A unique position you can say out loud. What you're known for, who for, and why that difference is worth money. Your USP for the bigger contracts.

3/ A named method. The way you actually work, turned into something a buyer can point at, remember and repeat - plus the offer structure around it. Almost nobody in your creative sector has this. Building it is a 1% EDGE move.

4/ A proposal or video sales letter that becomes a no-brainer. Not a list of deliverables you're hoping they'll value. A document that makes the case for why you, why this approach, why this investment - at half past ten at night, with you nowhere near it.

5/ A price with a reason. So when you quote £1500 retainers or £4k, £10k, £15k projects - you're not privately wondering whether you've gone too high. The positioning, the proof and the number finally agree with each other.

6/ A 90-day sales and authority plan. Not a content calendar. What you're saying, where and to whom for the next quarter - with a bank of strategic stories and the point of view you've never once said publicly, so you get known for the work you actually want more of.

7/ My 1% EDGE METHOD, IN THE BAG framework and The 'GET IN, GET OUT' Framework for in person networking. Repeatable methods and frameworks that have seen my clients walk away from a networking event with £8.5k & sign major brands.

FOUR WEEKS. FOUR TRAININGS. FOUR LIVE SESSIONS with CONSULTING...

BEFORE WE BEGIN - Your Private Read

Send me your last three proposals, your current pricing and an honest close rate. Don't have a close rate? That's ok. Let's build you a system. I go through all of it properly - your site, your language, your numbers - and send you back a personal loom video: what I'm seeing, what it's costing you, and what to bring to week one.

WEEK 1
STRENGTHEN YOUR POSITION

Positioning + buyer perception

You've identified where the gap is. Now we strengthen the way you're positioned so the right people understand your value, your difference and why you're the right choice.

What you're known for.
Who you're known for.
Why you're different.
Why that difference matters commercially.

You'll walk away with:
A sharper position and messaging you can use across your website, LinkedIn, conversations and sales materials - so people understand what makes you different and why it matters.

WEEK 2

MAKE IT BUYABLE

Method + offer ecosystem + delivery

Your expertise shouldn't live entirely in your head.

We'll turn the way you work into a clearer, more distinctive methodology and offer - so buyers can understand what they're investing in, why your approach works and what makes it different.

You'll walk away with:
A named, own-able methodology, trademarked - and a clearer offer ecosystem that makes your expertise easier to understand, remember and buy.

WEEK 3

MAKE THE CASE

Proposal, VSL, pricing, commercial proof

Once you've got their attention, can the rest of your sales journey carry the same weight?

We'll look at what happens after the conversation - your proposal, pricing, proof and the way you articulate the value and outcomes of your work.

You'll walk away with:
A stronger proposal and pricing story, with the proof and commercial language you need to make choosing you feel like a confident decision.

WEEK 4

BECOME THE OBVIOUS CHOICE

Sales Authority

The strongest sales conversations often start before the brief ever arrives.

We'll look at how you're building authority, communicating your point of view and staying visible to the people you actually want to work with.

You'll walk away with:
A 90-day authority and sales plan, plus a bank of strategic stories and content ideas designed to get you known for the work you actually want more of.

LogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogo

AND NOW - IMAGINE

IT'S 4-WEEKS FROM WHEN WE STARTED

+ You quote £1500 retainers securing 6 months - £10k, £15k, £20k+ projects without the internal wobble - because your positioning, proof and price finally agree with each other.

+ Your proposal argues for you. Not a list of deliverables you're hoping they'll value, but the case for why you, why this approach, why now.

+ You stop being one of five quoting for "a rebrand" or "A marketing plan". Your thinking and your method are part of what they're buying, so price stops being the deciding factor.

+ You get described properly when you're not there - because your positioning, your content and your reputation are doing the work the sales call used to do alone.

HOW WE ACTUALLY DO IT...

Four weeks, built around your calendar. One live 90-minute session a week for deep strategy and bespoke questions. Everything else in your pocket, on demand.

1/ Your Private Read - before we begin
Send me your last three proposals, your current pricing and an honest close rate. I go through all of it properly - your site, your language, your numbers - and send you back a personal Loom: what I'm seeing, what it's costing you, and what to bring to week one.

2/ Training videos, dropped weekly
Short, sharp, 5–20 minutes, straight to your private portal a week before each session. Watch on your phone, stream it like a podcast on a dog walk, or take it in with a glass of wine in the evening. It means the live session is spent applying the thinking to your business, not me teaching at you for 90 minutes.

3/ One live strategy session a week - 90 minutes
Coaching and mentoring on that week's theme. Your chance to pick my brains, dig into where you're actually stuck, and get my creative direction pointed straight at your brand.

4/ Telegram, open the full four weeks and beyond
A 24-hour window each week to drop me a question, answered that week. No second call in your diary - you don't have room and neither do I. Plus a room of fellow founders.

5/ Recordings of everything
Every session recorded and yours to keep. Miss one and you haven't lost it. Lifetime access (don't say I don't treat you - hehe).

6/ Bespoke 90-minute 1:1 - VIP upgrade
A deep dive, used any time before or during THE BIGGER ROOM, for strategy and support built entirely around you.

The commitment: 90 minutes live each week, minimum. Carve out time for the trainings and the Telegram too - that's where the four weeks stop being a course and start being a shift.

“I am on such a high from all of this, and so freaking proud of myself for how far my business and I have come!”

£190 inside my membership turned into £7k months

Jen, founder of branding studio Kura - turned a £190 investment into £7k months. She was doing £1–2k months. Not because the work wasn't good, but because she genuinely couldn't tell you which direction her highest position was pulling her in, and she was running the whole thing in freelancer mode. We worked out what the studio was actually for. She defined her position, owned it, stepped into running a business rather than taking on jobs - and went to £7k months wihtin a few months.

Signed £19k within 24 hours after defining why YOU

My client C came to me because her sales were dipping. Same agency, same skills, same team. We got crystal clear on what she was actually selling, put her personality back into it, and repositioned the whole thing so she was the only choice rather than one of five. Within three months she'd doubled her revenue and done £50k in a quarter, with clients on retainer like the world's first pregnancy facial skincare brand.

From £6k lost to £22k the week after

The delivery was never the problem but the business was shaped like a freelancer who'd taken on help (x3. PAYE staff members), with no clear offer a buyer could point at and understand. We gave the work a shape and named who it was for: established product businesses who need senior strategy, not another content supplier. She signed £22k the following week and her retainers went from £500 a month to £1,500.

Liv, Marketing Agency started making £35k a quarter.

She was pitching corporates and hearing "not this time," over and over, on proposals she'd spent hours on. She wasn't worse than the studios winning - she was just positioned wrong. We put her messaging back in line with the business she'd actually built. She's now on track for six figures in year two with a team of three behind her, and sold spots on her membership before it even launched. That's what being properly known looks like.

Jess, Business Coach walked away with £8.5k after one networking event.

MEET JASMINE JOAN

MEET JASMINE JOAN

When I started my video marketing agency at 21, I needed to be taken seriously - and quickly. I was young, blonde and completely underestimated. But learning how to change that became one of the most valuable lessons of my career.

Within three years, I’d scaled the agency to multi-six figures, built a PAYE team of six, managed 30 freelancers and signed clients including Coca-Cola, Nespresso and Jameson.

I learnt how to position a young business so big buyers could see its value. How to pitch, price and package work at a higher level. How to make the case for choosing us - and how to become the kind of business that gets remembered when the brief lands.

I've also been on the other side: the founder who undercharged because she didn't know what else to do, and the one who eventually understood how buyers make decisions - especially when you're not in the room.

That thinking became the foundation of my 1% EDGE Method™.

THE BIGGER ROOM is four weeks of putting that thinking into your business - strengthening the positioning, commercial proof, offer and authority that help you win better work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring?

Your last three proposals or pitch documents, your current price list, and an honest close rate. Send them a week before we start. If any of that is messy, that's fine - messy is information.

Is my work shared with the group?

Only what you choose to share. Some of the most useful moments come from seeing someone else's proposal pulled apart, so the room is generous by design - but you set your own line, and commercially sensitive detail stays between us.

How much time does it take outside of sessions?

Two hours a week, roughly. This is applied work, not homework - you're rewriting a proposal you were going to send anyway.

What if I can't make a session?

They're recorded, and you can send questions ahead. But three of the four involve live work on your documents, so come if you can.

How is this different from OUTSTANDING?

This is four weeks on one thing: what's costing you contracts right now. OUTSTANDING is twelve months rebuilding the whole business around that buyer - pricing, messaging, brand touchpoints, credentials, pipeline, visibility, two in-person VIP days at Soho House and a shoot. THE BIGGER ROOM is the sharpest slice of it, and your fee carries over.

Do I have to join the mastermind afterwards?

No. Plenty of people will take the four weeks, fix their pricing and get on with it. The credit is there because it would be strange to charge you twice for the same work.

The 1% EDGE Method®

The 1% EDGE Method™ - my signature system for taking a brand from good-enough to utterly un-ignorable, signing billion-dollar brands, high converting
and award-winning - just 1% at a time.

The principle is simple: by finding your edge and pushing it 1% further across every single touchpoint, choosing you becomes a no-brainer. It's the exact method I used to grow my own business from the ground up to multi-6 figures - earning international acclaim, awards and global brand partnerships. And now it's the same method that elevates my clients into confident, high-earning leaders with brands that are impossible to ignore - and the calm that comes with finally being valued at your worth.

The Four Cornerstones of The Edge...

Embody is where you claim your premium positioning, step into your authority, and own the space only you can occupy. This is where confidence, leadership presence, and brand personality align - turning you from “one of many” into the obvious choice.

Design refines the client experience, your offers, your messaging, methodology and the creative details that shape perception. Here we engineer a buyer journey that feels high-end, trustworthy, and compelling - the kind of experience that moves people from “I like her” to “I want to work with her now.”

Ground creates the structural backbone for scale. Pricing, packaging, forecasting, systems, and CEO operations come into play so your business is financially stable, predictable, and built for multi-5 and multi-6-figure growth - without chaos or burnout.

Expand is where you step into your fullest audacity: amplifying your visibility, sharpening your leadership, making bolder moves, and operating like a market leader. This is where authority compounds and your brand becomes magnetic.

And running through it all is the 1% principle - the small, consistent, psychological and strategic shifts that compound into exponential results. It's not about doing more; it's about doing the right 1% better than anyone else.

FOUR WEEKS DOESN'T BUILD THE ENTIRE BRAND
(MY MASTERMIND, OUTSTANDING, IS WHERE WE BUILD THAT OUT) BUT:
It changes the bigger budget commercial foundations underneath it.

So you can start moving towards:

Bigger contracts.
Better-fit clients.
Stronger margins.
More confident pricing.
More valuable referrals.
Less chasing.
Less explaining.

A business that finally looks and sells like the level you've already reached.
