Become the most outstanding brand in the room & scale it to match your next level of ambition.

It's not that it isn't working. It's that it's working at the wrong level.
You're making money - that's the confusing part. You've proved the concept & referrals come in, but what you don't have is consistency, or contracts anywhere near what you're capable of. So you drop your number before you send the proposal, just in case. And the brands you'd love on your website hire someone who isn't better than you. They're just bigger.

Which is exactly when you look at a programme like this and think: "I'll invest when I've got more money" (how long have you been saying this for?)
Because I know first hand that you won't have more money until the positioning changes...
If your brand doesn't communicate the level you operate at, bigger buyers never get close enough to find out how good you are. They choose the more established studio - not because it's better, but because it looks like the safer, more expensive yes.
Inside OUTSTANDING we use business strategy, creative direction, sales authority and the 1% EDGE Method™ to carry your USP through every touchpoint - so when you walk into a boardroom, pitch a partnership or enter a new market, choosing you is the no-brainer.
We meet your Edge. Then take it 1% further.

You run a creative business - an agency, studio, consultancy or digital practice or a flagship event, community or creative IP.
You're well past your first clients. There's proof of concept: repeat work, referrals, a portfolio that stands up. What there isn't is a pipeline you can rely on, or fees that match the calibre.
You're a brilliant visionary with opportunity knocking left, right and centre - and no clear strategy for which door to open.
You know exactly what you're good at. You just can't yet say it in a way that lands with a buyer holding a corporate budget.
You're carrying all of it: the pricing, the pitching, the entire ecosystem on your shoulders. Whether that's clients who undervalue you, or a vision funded by ticket sales and low-tier grants.
You're ready to change the room you're in. Bigger, bolder, longer contracts. Corporate partners and 5-figure sponsorships. Weightier logos on your homepage, campaigns that say 'Cannes Partner' all over them - without losing your soul or your creative edge.
You're pre-revenue or still deciding what you offer. This programme builds on something that already works.
You're a solo freelancer with no intention of building beyond yourself.
You want it done for you. I'm your Creative Director and Strategist, not your agency.
You want a quick fix - a template, a funnel hack, one viral month.
You're not willing to be repositioned. This work will challenge your pricing, your messaging, your process and how you see yourself.
You can't commit to the calendar or financials. This is term-time only with integration weeks built in, but the sessions, the VIP days and the execution require you to show up.
From the outside, everything looks fine. The work's good, the clients are happy. Inside, there's a quiet gap between the calibre of what you produce and the people paying for it.
That's the bit that keeps you up. Not the money - the mismatch. The work you're proudest of isn't the work you're hired for, and the clients who value you most aren't the ones with the budgets.
Every so often a brief lands so far below your ceiling you wonder how you got here. Because you know, with complete certainty, that you could be doing the other thing. The Cannes-shaped thing. The one with the weightier logo and the fee to match.
So what you want isn't more clients.
It's fuck-yes money and fuck-yes projects. A brief that makes you sit up, a number on a proposal you don't feel sick about. To be in the room because they came looking for YOU. To stop being the best-kept secret in your market and start being the ONLY choice.
A business that funds the vision instead of one you're personally holding up.
£6k lost → £22k signed in a week. C repositioned her agency and replaced the client three times over - most of it inside 24 hours. Turning her 6-figure business into multi-6 figures.
£500/mo retainers → £1,500/mo. Same team, same talent - priced and positioned at the level of the work.
A £250k+ partnership with Jagex (RuneScape). Not a client story - mine. How I took a digital product into the room with one of the UK's biggest games studios, using the exact approach you'll learn inside.
Tripled income & now on track for 6-figures having hired the right team support. Liv stopped pitching like a freelancer - and got her life back.

Within the first 3 months of working together, Liv (who runs a marketing agency) tripled her income and is now on track for her first 6-figure year (in year two of business). Plus, she has finally stopped overworking and living her life (as opposed to working herself silly - something we can all relate too when scaling!)
She came to me with a full client roaster but unable to reach higher 5-figure contracts - which was causing her to work harder than she needed to, whilst on a salary of £35k per year.
Constantly spending her time pitching, tendering and proposing to corporates - only to be told "not this time' - was costing her time and money.
After working together she grew her team to x3 members (her VA, copywriter and social media assistant) re-positioned her messaging in line with her brand and started pitching 5-figure contracts (& winning them).
Within months, Liv had signed £35k that quarter and was on track for 6-figures PLUS she had gained so much clarity, calm and had her life back.
12-months of becoming the most outstanding brand in the room & scaling it to match your next level of ambition.
MONTH ONE. NOT MONTH SIX.
Your 90-minute Deep Dive happens in month one and you leave it with a plan you can act on that week: your one-page 1% Edge Strategy - who you're levelling up for, what you're known for, your revenue target and the route there. Then Month One we open up your last three pitches, your proposals and your price list, and find exactly where the value is leaking. By Month Four you've rebuilt your pricing entirely so the curriculum is built for immediate results alongside 1% EDGE strategy.
We map your 1% Edge moves, name the bottleneck and build your strategy for the year: who you're for, what you're wanting to be known for, your revenue target and the route there.
You leave with: Your one-page 1% Edge Strategy and a six-month action plan you can start on Monday.
Your last three pitches, your proposals, your price list and your close rate, all out in the open. We read your proposal the way a corporate buyer reads it - what they skim, what they look for, and where they decide you're a £5k supplier rather than a £30k partner. You'll learn how to structure a proposal around the buyer's outcome instead of your deliverables and how to spot the language + design that's quietly discounting you. You leave with: a prioritised list of exactly what's losing you money right now, and one live proposal or price fixed this month.
The corporate, procurement and premium brand buyer, demystified. You'll learn where the money actually sits - marketing, brand, innovation, CSR, events, partnerships - and why the same pitch gets a no from one budget and a yes from another. How financial years and budget cycles dictate when you pitch. Who signs off at £5k versus £50k, and how to find the budget holder rather than the gatekeeper. What procurement needs from you (and why being asked for it is a good sign). And why a disruptive, agile creative brand beats a stuffy legacy company when you know how to leverage the 1% Edge. You leave with: a map of the buying units, budgets and timings in your target market.
The part nobody sees. The beliefs, habits and old identity that keep brilliant founders pitching smaller than the brand they've built. We'll name the specific behaviours it shows up as - the discount you offer before they've flinched, the free extra you throw in to justify the fee, the apologetic line in the proposal, the scope you let creep because you're grateful. Then we replace them. You leave with: your own list of tells, and the language to hold the line when you feel the old reflex kick in.
Pricing and closing like the brand you've built. You'll learn how to move from day rates and project fees to retainers, value-based pricing and multi-tiered sponsorship packs. How to build proper margin in so growth doesn't cost you your team or your evenings. How to structure a ladder from an entry package to full service so a buyer can say yes at the right level. And the actual words - what to say when they hesitate, when they ask for a discount, when they go quiet, and when to walk. You leave with: a new price structure you can say out loud without flinching, and objection responses you've rehearsed.
In Person - Our first In person day includes a headshot photoshoot at Soho house to enhance your pitches, proposal and sales.
Turning your positioning into messaging that opens doors. You'll learn the difference between deliverables language and commercial language - why "we produce brand films" loses to "we make the case internally for your next £2m campaign." How to write for the person who has to justify hiring you to their boss, and hand them the words to do it. Your one-liner, your three proof points, and the sales narrative you can run in any room without a deck.
You leave with: your verbal brand - positioning statement, value proposition and core sales narrative. One source of truth your whole team sells from, so the same language shows up in every pitch, proposal and conversation whoever's in the room.
Creative Direction in practice. You'll learn how a corporate buyer assesses credibility in the first eight seconds - and what specifically triggers "expensive and serious" versus "freelancer who's good at Canva." Colour, type, hierarchy, photography and pace as authority signals. What a premium website does differently from a pretty one. Then we apply it everywhere: proposals, pitch decks, media kits, website, socials, even your email signature. You leave with: a fully rebranded set of touchpoints carrying the exact same weight as your best work.
The credibility assets that sell before you're in the room. You'll learn how to write a case study that leads with a commercial result rather than a nice process story - and how to get those numbers out of clients who'd rather not share them. How to build a credentials deck that survives being forwarded without you in the room. How to package audience, community or event statistics - reach, demographics, engagement, sentiment - so a sponsorship buyer can build their internal business case for you. You leave with: a corporate-ready credentials pack
Your pipeline, end to end. You'll learn how to build a named list of dream clients and partners and find the actual budget holder rather than the gatekeeper. The outreach that doesn't make you hide - including the warm-intro and referral routes. Then the path from first touchpoint to signed: the follow-up cadence that stays in their mind without nagging, how to nurture a small, high-value audience properly, and how to build a business that doesn't depend solely on word-of-mouth. You leave with: a live pipeline with outreach already in motion, and a follow-up system that runs whether you feel like it or not.
Everything that happens in person, where the biggest contracts are still won. You'll learn how to run a pitch meeting rather than perform at one - opening with discovery, not slides; handling a room with three stakeholders and three different agendas; what to do when the senior decision-maker joins twenty minutes late. How to present a deck without reading it. The questions that make a buyer trust you faster than any credential. How to work a room at an industry event, which events are actually worth your time, and the twenty-four-hour follow-up that turns a nice chat into a meeting. And yes - what to wear: dressing for your buyer's world without flattening your creative identity, the difference between a boardroom, a creative pitch and a stage, and the small details that read as expensive. You leave with: your pitch rehearsed out loud with feedback, and your personal presentation brief. Practised in person at our VIP day at Soho House - the same week you're styled and shot.
Building a reputation that precedes you. You'll learn how to develop a point of view worth following, and how to place it: pitching yourself for panels, stages, podcasts and award that earns you credibility rather than a nice evening out. You leave with: a twelve-month visibility plan, a speaker one-sheet, and a target list for press, stages and awards.
Pulling the year together. What's shifted, what's working, what's next. You'll learn how to forecast properly off a real pipeline, plan capacity before you hit the wall again, work out when the next hire pays for itself, and build the renewal and retention strategy that makes next year's revenue less of a fight than this year's.
You leave with: a strategy for the business you're building - and the next twelve months mapped.
We audit where you are at and where you want to be in a years time. We build a bespoke done-with-you strategy for the year and map out a plan for exactly how we’re going to get you there. This is one of the most valuable sessions of the programme and its a core part of my GROUNDING pillar within the 1% EDGE Method.
Every month will be a mixture of live hot seat Q&A coaching and teaching sessions. These will vary depending on the groups needs and flow however they follow the Audacious Framework + 1% EDGE METHOD which you can dive into below.
Every month we will have a 60-90 minute hot seat session where you can ask questions to myself and the entire group. Alongside my mentoring + consultation approach, the collective experience on the group will move you on leaps and bounds.
We have a dedicated Telegram channel for you to drop in and out of. The group can engage and support each other.
I drop ad-hoc 10 minute training voice notes, mindset work and various challenges to keep the momentum going. These are perfect for a little boost, bitesize morning trainings and on the go learning + inspiration. Dropped directly into the Telegram group.
We meet twice in person for true masterminding, lunch and collective OUTSTANDING-NESS. One of which includes a professional photoshoot.
We run term-time only to support families + busy lifestyles. This gives everyone a much needed break AND implementation weeks to actually develop your business and carry out the work needed.
At one of our VIP days we spend some time upgrading your headshots for a more professional but personality driven shoot. Please note this is often a shoot at Soho house on the same day as opposed to a full creative directed re-branded shoot.
My client C runs a digital marketing agency with a small, brilliant team of three PAYE staff members. When we started working together, the work was never the problem - her clients loved what they delivered.
The problem was everything around the work. Maybe you can relate?
She was pricing like a freelancer, not an agency and yet, she was selling and had warm leads still saying her prices were too high.
Packages were built around what felt safe to charge rather than what the work was worth. She was serving clients who undervalued her, saying yes to accounts that drained the team, and carrying the whole thing on her own shoulders - in her words: "I feel like I'm just carrying it all on my own. £20k on my shoulders."
Then the start of the year hit. She lost a client worth £6k, and the wobble that every brand owner knows arrived: is this whole thing more fragile than I thought?

What we did
We didn't touch the delivery, she had this bit sorted - her current clients were re-signing for 6-months in advance, however on a smaller price point.
What we did do was rebuild the business around her amazing offers - to create an OUTSTANDING brand that matched the new price point.
Pricing. We scrapped the underpriced packages and built a new structure with proper margins - from a £1,000 entry package to £4,000 for the full service.
Positioning. We got really clear around who the agency is actually for: established product businesses, DTC - six to eight figures, five-plus years old - who need senior creative and digital strategy, not another content churn supplier. The dream client got a name, a profile, and a reason to choose her.
Messaging. We rewrote how the agency talks about itself - website, packages, proposals - so a bigger buyer lands on them and immediately understands the calibre of what they're getting.
The founder. We worked on the part nobody sees: holding the new prices without flinching, setting boundaries with clients and team memebers, and stepping out of "doing everything" into actually running the agency.
What happened
Within a week of losing that £6k client, C signed £22k of new contracts - most of it inside 24 hours. The business was secured for the next six months.
In one week, she'd replaced the lost revenue more than three times over.
And it didn't stop there. She increased her team member's days. She started interviewing freelancers to scale delivery. She began investigating a recurring-revenue membership for small businesses on top of the agency model - a whole new income stream that didn't exist before.
This was the same agency, finally priced and positioned at the level of its own work. "You turned it around... I'm super, super excited." - C

You are a visionary, but you are also a human with a life. This mastermind is intentionally designed to run term-time only and built for sustainable scale. OUTSTANDING runs on a strategic term-time calendar. We execute in intense, focused sprints and build-in mandatory integration weeks throughout the year - because burning out for your business is an outdated badge of honour (one that I used to wear and i'm not proud!)

When I started my video marketing agency at the age of 21, I needed to be taken seriously - and quick. I was young, blonde and completely underestimated but this was exactly how I learnt to break through in higher corporate markets and scale my business to multi-6 figures in just three years - employing a PAYE staff team of six, managing 30 freelancers on the roaster and signing billion-dollar clients like Coca-Cola, Nespresso and Jameson.
And it all started with becoming truly OUTSTANDING, which is how I learnt, shaped and created 1% EDGE Method™.
Everything in this programme exists to take you to one place: The corporate market. The bigger budgets. The contracts that transform your business. The rooms where the work is serious and the fees match, without compromising your creative edge. Bigger pitches, More opportunity, Higher networking.
To get there, we build everything that needs to support it - your brand applied properly across every touchpoint, your messaging sharp enough to open doors, your sales process professional enough to close them, your mindset strong enough to believe you belong there.
"I signed up to Jas's 6-month programme because her content made me feel truly seen as someone running a successful business, but without the confidence and clarity I needed to be putting it out further into the world.
During a VIP day with Jas, we completely transformed my branding and messaging, building a new website that finally reflected where I want my business to be. Something I'd felt confused and conflicted about for ages got ironed out in just a few hours - it feels like such an up-level.
Jas is also a genuine pleasure to work with, tackling problems with equal parts kindness and honesty - exactly what you need in a good coach. You feel held, accountable, but in a way that makes you know you're being supported and cheered on the whole time.
Landing on a look that felt authoritative and completely me was so much fun. Jas makes it seem effortless."

This is strictly for established SME founders, agency owners or Brand founders who already have proof of concept, active pipelines, and support teams (for example 1-5 freelancers or staff members). I vet every single application to protect the the room.
You will be surrounded by likeminded founders who are navigating the exact same scaling challenges as you.
This is an implementation and strategy incubator, not a university course.
There is no mandatory homework, but the more you put in, the more you get out, however it's also why we operate on a term-time-only calendar with built-in integration weeks so you can breathe.
Expect at least 2hours per month of direct strategy and Q&A. The goal isn't to give you more work though - it's to refine the work you are already doing so you can lift your head up from operations and start leading like a visionary.
We’ve structured this to be highly potent but respectful of your calendar. In Week One, you have two 60-minute masterclasses.
In Week Two, we have the Live Hotseat Coaching session. The rest of the curriculum - including the 10 total audio sessions across both weeks - is delivered straight to your pocket via Telegram, allowing you to consume the strategy and implement it in real-time between your own client commitments.
Yes. The 1% EDGE Method™ was specifically built for creative services, studios, visionaries and agencies who want a brand as big as their ambition. We don't turn you into a boring corporate entity; we elevate your creative edge into a high-value commercial asset.
Whether you run a design studio, PR firm, web dev practice, marketing agency, collective or flagship event, the principles of positioning, premium packaging, and winning 5-figure contracts remain exactly the same.
By the end of the 12 months, you will have a fully rewritten verbal brand narrative, an upgraded set of premium touchpoints (pitch deck, website messaging, proposal templates calibrated for £30k+ deals), a live pipeline targeting higher-paying markets, and high-end authority photography shot at Soho House to completely close your 'visual gap' online.
True repositioning and breaking into higher paying markets just doesn't happen in 90 days. It takes a full business cycle to strategically audit your current model, rebuild your assets, pitch higher-tier clients, navigate corporate procurement timelines, and successfully deliver on those larger contracts.
12 months ensures you are supported through every season of that transition.
Absolutely. The 1% EDGE Method™ is built for creative intellectual property. Whether you sell high-end services or large-scale cultural events, the commercial gaps are identical:
moving away from low-ticket sales (like small client projects or basic ticket revenue) and moving into high-ticket B2B positioning.
We will focus directly on your B2B strategy - turning your event or community into a premium asset that commands 5-figure corporate sponsorships, brand partnerships, and commercial alignments.
This is exactly why we focus on 'Creative Direction & Strategic Mastery.' True commercial success doesn't mean selling out; it means finding aligned corporate partners who will fund your vision because of your authenticity, not in spite of it. We teach you how to pitch to corporate buyers from a position of absolute authority, setting the terms so that your sponsors enhance your attendee experience rather than diluting it.
We operate on a term-time calendar designed for real human capacity. If you have a massive delivery window (like your festival week), our strategic growth plan accounts for that. The mastermind gives you the space to build your corporate pipeline and secure sponsorships months before your event gates open, ensuring you aren't stuck in a cash-flow crunch during your expansion year.
Mari came to me feeling a deep disconnect between her high-calibre expertise and the "standard" brand visuals. Despite her premium work, her existing photography lacked soul and failed to attract the level of clientele she deserved.
To bridge this "Visual Gap," we applied the 1% EDGE Method™ to rebuild her brand identity from the ground up, moving beyond simple headshots to a total creative rebirth that blended her true self with a high-end aesthetic.
As her Creative Director + Strategist, I took full control - from sourcing the perfect locations and photographers to personally handling her styling, hair, and makeup. This hands-on, disarming approach allowed Mari to drop her professional guard and step into her authority.
The result is a strategic, magnetic brand presence, complete with a new color palette and website refresh, that finally reflects the true calibre of her work and makes her the "obvious choice" for high-level clients.
